Linda is currently on a mission to drive the employee and customer engagement conversation at the very top of the business agenda in Australia and across the Asia Pacific. As a pioneer and advocate for Emotional Fitness as the new corporate competency for recruitment and HR, Linda is frequently featured in C-level publications such as The CEO Magazine and INTHEBLACK. In 2015, she also presented at the Chief Strategy Officers Summit.
Linda is also a champion for Emotional Quotient (EQ) and engagement to be on the national agenda to address Australia’s productivity deficit. A more engaged, emotionally fit workforce equipped with high EQ will drive higher customer advocacy and boost business performance – a link Linda refers to as ‘Heartonomics™’, or the economic value of how we make people feel in today’s business world. In 2015, FuturePeople published an insightful report mapping the pivotal role of Heartonomics™ in elevating engagement at all levels of the organisation.
