As leaders in the Contact Centre space know, Millennials are influencing and impacting how customer experience is delivered in today’s frontline environments, both as customers and employees. Mental health issues in our community are impacting the nature of service, and the way we need to recruit, support and lead our people.
We’re taking this timely approach to hold a half-day event that will include a panel discussion with industry experts and special guests, plus a workshop component so that attendees can unpack the key areas of how to engage, manage and foster emotional wellbeing on the front line now and well into the future.
