Leading front-line recruitment and employee engagement specialists, FuturePeople, are pleased to announce several internal promotions, reflecting founder and former CEO, Linda Simonsen’s, passion for developing talented people from within and creating space for innovation.

Effective from August 2018, the company’s new-look leadership team sees three current staff promoted to roles that place the business in a strong position to continue to deliver volume recruitment solutions to their long-standing portfolio of government and blue-chip clients, in an agile way.

Lee Stone is Managing Director, having been promoted from CFO after two years. Lee will now be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business, including all operational and financial matters.

Michael Adams is now the National Client Delivery Manager after two years, with him and his team taking responsibility for service delivery of recruitment solutions across Australia.

Giles Solomon has stepped into a National Client Director role after a year and will be leading key account management, new business development and the company’s robust research programme.

Linda Simonsen, Founder and CEO will still manage strategic relationships with key clients, however, will step away from day-to-day business activities. Instead, Linda will be fully focused on innovation and technology development.
